In order for me to connect to your computer, you will need to download and run the following program:
You can save the file to your desktop and run it from there, or you can simply click "Run" when prompted. Once you see the "Help Me!" window appear, you will need to provide the ID and Password from that window to me, or when you see the "Remote Control (quick access) window appear, click on the "Allow" button so that I can connect.
Once I have connected to your computer, sit back and watch as I take over!
