Make Windows Server 2003 use external NNTP servers in just a few steps:

C:> w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org 2.pool.ntp.org",0x8 /syncfromflags:MANUAL
C:> w32tm /config /update
C:> net stop w32time
C:> net start w32time
C:> w32tm /resync /nowait
